Geez, compared to the "welcome to (insert name of random State)" signs we have here, that's pretty low-key.
Is that a stop sign in French?
Actually I think that's a testament to what a good friend we have to the north. Just a concrete marker deleneating the line ,like between two neighbors. No need of armed gaurds, constatina wire or ladder proof fences. Well AMEN!
It's amazing how fast these post die.
